After you pre-book with us, we hold a private video call to plan a route that perfectly matches your fitness and time. We then create a WhatsApp group with you, your guide, and our team so you can easily ask about gear, insurance, and what to expect. We personally support you through every single step of the planning process to ensure a flawless journey.
The moment you land, our team will welcome you at the airport and take you directly to your hotel. Later, we will meet at your hotel or our office to review your daily itinerary and check your gear so you do not have to worry about a single thing. We will also help you with local details like getting a mobile SIM card, exchanging currency, or buying last-minute gear from trusted shops that offer exclusive pricing for our guests.
On the trail, your well-being is our number one focus. Our friendly guides are highly experienced professionals certified in Wilderness First Aid (WFA). They check your oxygen levels every day, know exactly how to manage altitude, and will change the walking pace so your body adjusts comfortably. When you are in places with no phone signal, we directly message your family so they know you are safe.
In the rare event of a severe medical emergency, we have a seamless plan. We coordinate directly with 24/7 helicopter rescue services to safely evacuate you from the trail to a top-tier hospital for immediate care. You are in safe, expert hands every step of the way.
